About Caroline

As a creative writer, Caroline Verity is passionate about the environment, trying to inspire young readers to explore and care for the world they live in. She believes that storytelling engages individuals in an experience that unlocks their imagination and unearths the magic in our world. The gift of storytelling enables us to connect with meaning beyond ourselves, something more than just words on a page.

 

Caroline wrote her first story, The Weeping Cherry Tree, with the hope that young readers will become aware of the importance of nature and the critical relationship between flora and fauna. She hopes to instill an appreciation for water in young generations, the most precious resource in relation to agriculture.

She is challenged to promote sustainable art practice as a teacher, and thoroughly enjoys educating young minds to become aware of their daily resources and their impacts on the environment.
